iknowpoetry: I am RV, a girl who likes to express my emotions through words. I cannot easily show my emotions through my actions, because I have learned to hide them quite well for the better of my self and others. This is because I do believe that actions speak louder than words, but I also believe that words are more thought out than actions. With words I can freely show what I feel with a better chance of not hurting the others around me by being open. Through poems, I am able to do this in a creative and interesting manner. I am also able to think more clearly on subjects and topics I, myself, am confused about by identifying similarities of the feelings that poets feel around the world.
